These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wayfinder (the "Service"), a self-guided digital pamphlet service operated by KAZU LLC (合同会社KAZU, a Japanese Godo Kaisha, the "Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service sells self-guided digital pamphlets describing walking routes and itineraries across Japan, for a flat price. Neither the Company nor anyone acting on its behalf accompanies you as a guide. All travel, transportation, meals, and use of facilities described in a pamphlet are undertaken at your own judgment and responsibility. Pamphlets are written for you to read and follow yourself, at your own pace.
Using the Service requires logging in with a Google account or via an emailed login link (a "magic link"). No password is set or required. You are responsible for managing the email address or Google account you use to log in.
Pamphlet prices are the flat amounts shown on each pamphlet page. Payment is by credit card via Square, charged immediately upon completing your purchase. See our Legal Disclosure page for further detail.
Because this is digital content, purchases generally aren't refundable. If a duplicate charge or a technical fault prevents you from accessing it, contact support@wayfinderjp.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

All text, images, and other content in the pamphlets are owned by the Company or third parties who have licensed their rights to the Company. Purchasing a pamphlet grants you only a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own travel; no other rights are transferred.
The Service is a self-guided digital content sale, not an arranged or guaranteed travel experience. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of business hours, prices, reservation availability, or other details of shops and facilities mentioned in a pamphlet, as these may change. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for accidents, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from following a pamphlet's itinerary.
The Company may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any resulting loss to users.
The Company may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms take effect once posted on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
