KAZU LLC (合同会社KAZU, a Japanese Godo Kaisha, the "Company") handles personal information collected through Wayfinder (the "Service") in compliance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable law, under the following policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: email address, name, and login method (Google or email)
Payment information: card details themselves are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Square, Inc. — the Company's servers never store your card number
Usage information: pages viewed, referrer, and browser user-agent string. We do not log IP addresses
Information stored on your device: cookies and localStorage, used to keep you logged in, save your itinerary progress, and remember your language preference

2. How We Use It

To provide the Service, process logins, and verify identity
To process pamphlet purchases, payments, and refunds
To respond to inquiries
To analyze usage and improve the Service
To send important notices about the Service

3. Third-Party Sharing & Processing

We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law. To operate the Service, we share the minimum necessary information with:

Square, Inc. — to process credit card payments
Google LLC — to process Google account logins

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above, or as required by law.

5. Access, Correction, and Deletion

The Service uses cookies and localStorage to keep you logged in and to save your itinerary progress. You can disable these in your browser settings, though doing so may prevent some features — including login — from working.
