Shibuya Game & Manga Flagships
Nintendo, Pokémon and Jump on one floor, with a Mario statue as your landmark

Shibuya Game & Manga Flagships

Three official flagship stores share the 6th floor of Shibuya PARCO: Nintendo TOKYO, Pokémon Center SHIBUYA, and the Jump Shop. One elevator ride and the rest is sideways. The floor is open 10:00–21:00. The catch is Nintendo TOKYO, which switches to a free timed-entry ticket system on weekends and school holidays, so on those days you want to be at the 1F ticket point by about 10:30. Weekday mornings between 10:00 and 11:30 generally don't need a ticket at all. The moment that stays with people is the Pokémon Center: a black-walled interior with a life-size animatronic Mewtwo in the middle of it.

Itinerary

Schedule for the day

Overview map showing how the stops relate to each other (straight lines only). For real walking directions, use the "directions" button on each step.

10:00 AM

Meet at Shibuya Station, Hachiko Exit

Walk from the Hachiko statue to Shibuya PARCO. On a weekend, arriving now puts you at the ticket line in time.

10:20 AM

Shibuya PARCO, 1F, for a Nintendo TOKYO ticket (weekends and school holidays only)

When it's busy, Nintendo TOKYO hands out free timed-entry tickets on the ground floor before opening, so aim to be there by around 10:30. After opening, check the status at the Mario statue on 6F. On weekday mornings from 10:00 to 11:30 you can usually walk straight in.

10:45 AM

Nintendo TOKYO (6F)

The official Nintendo shop. Head up when your ticket slot comes around. You queued for this, so don't rush it once you're inside.

11:45 AM

Pokémon Center SHIBUYA (6F)

Same floor, a short walk over. The interior is black-themed and the centrepiece is a life-size Mewtwo that moves. A photo line forms in front of it, so do a lap of the shop first and come back.

12:30 PM

Jump Shop (6F)

Official Shonen Jump merchandise: One Piece, Dragon Ball, Naruto, Jujutsu Kaisen, My Hero Academia and more. Shelves are organised by series, so it's quick if you know what you're after.

1:15 PM

Lunch, or out into Shibuya

Eat inside PARCO or around the Hachiko Exit. All three shops are on the same floor, so going back for something you skipped is painless.

Travel tips

Tipping isn't customary in Japan — no need to add extra at checkout. Cashless payment is widely accepted, though smaller shops, shrines, and temples are sometimes cash-only. Tax-free shopping (with your passport) is available at participating stores.

Frequently asked questions

How does the Nintendo TOKYO ticket system work?

On weekends and school holidays the shop uses free timed-entry tickets to manage crowds. They're distributed on Shibuya PARCO's 1st floor before opening, so arriving by about 10:30 is recommended. After opening, you can check availability at the Mario statue on 6F. On weekday mornings from 10:00 to 11:30, a ticket is generally not needed.

Are all three shops in the same place? What are the hours?

Yes. Nintendo TOKYO, Pokémon Center SHIBUYA and the Jump Shop are all on the 6th floor of Shibuya PARCO. The 6th floor is open 10:00–21:00.

What payment methods do you accept, and can I get a refund?

We accept credit card payments via Square. Because this is digital content, purchases generally aren't refundable, but if a duplicate charge or technical fault prevents you from accessing it, contact support@wayfinderjp.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
